ABOUT US
Alan Davies started his career as a coach driver in 1975, working for a local coach company in the Wolverhampton area. From this position he progressed into continental driving of which included tours and excursions of nearly every country in Europe. He entered into several driving competitions of which he came first place and held the titles from 1981 -1984.
In 1988 he set up his own business, (Alan Davies Travel) with a 1977 AEC. He later bought a 1981 Volvo B58. After several years of trouble free motoring he went on to buy a 1985 Volvo B10M pictured here.
In 2000 the Mercedes Setra was aquired and this too was a very reliable trouble free coach.
As the business grew, Alan Davies invested in a brand new Volvo B12b Jonckhere 50. Sadly the coach pictured here was involved in an accident from the rear and was taken out of service.
We have remained with the 57 seater coaches due to the majority of local operators having executive 49 seaters, we are constantly being requested to hire out our 57's.
The latest edition to the fleet is a Volvo B12B.
